Our initial classes were designed with mothers in mind; however, we recognize the caregivers of infants - in many situations - may be fathers, grandparents, or foster parents. This is a diverse, welcoming group where everyone is valued.
Each 4-week session offers practical tools and heartfelt encouragement to help you nurture your baby’s body, mind, and spirit — the way our Creator designed us to connect.

The nurturing touch of infant massage is a powerful practice that offers profound benefits for both you and your baby. It can promote healthy development and improve sleep for your infant, while for parents, it's a proven tool for reducing anxiety and stress, boosting parenting confidence, and strengthening the bond. This gentle touch helps regulate the nervous system, fosters connection, and can be especially helpful for parents re-establishing connections after deployment.
