Founded in 2025, our ministry was born from a simple vision — to walk alongside families, nurturing both their growth and their faith.
At the heart of all we do is the belief that every parent and child is wonderfully made and designed for connection—both with one another and with their Creator. Through compassionate care, gospel-centered teaching, and expert guidance, we seek to equip families to thrive in body, mind, and spirit. Dr. Tania, with our dedicated board share one calling: to serve with love, lead with humility, and point every heart toward the One who made us.
Dr. Tania Stegen-Hanson, OTD, OTR/L, BCP, C/NDT, CEIM
Dr. Tania Stegen-Hanson is a board-certified pediatric occupational therapist with over 30 years of experience devoted to nurturing infants, children, and families. Trained in South Africa and highly specialized through her work in the United States, Dr. Tania’s expertise encompasses sensory integration, neuro-developmental therapy, and feeding intervention, informed by mentorship from leaders in the field.
As co-author of Just Take A Bite, Dr. Tania has supported thousands of families with practical, compassionate guidance through the challenges of childhood development. Her philosophy is rooted in respect for each child’s unique design, and a holistic approach to well-being.
What sets Dr. Tania apart is her deep faith and commitment to integrating gospel truths within her occupational therapy practice. Through her teaching, she gently illuminates how children and parents are inherently designed for connection—with one another and with their Creator. In every class and interaction, Dr. Tania points to the hope, purpose, and joy that flow from understanding our place in God’s story, empowering families to embrace lifelong health grounded in His love.
As Executive Director, Dr. Tania leads our Board of Directors with a vision to see families flourish, not only in their development but in their spiritual connection to the One who made them.

Our Board of Directors, led by Executive Director Dr. Tania Stegen-Hanson, includes Carrie Davis, Jill Kendrick, Lynn Land, and Alan Gotthardt—five devoted members united by a deep passion for serving families and strengthening our community. United by a shared love for God and a calling to help families thrive, the Board provides wisdom and direction grounded in Biblical truth. Together, we strive to reflect God’s heart for connection, nurturing, and lifelong flourishing in every family we serve.
